Flow Through Anti-Ice Kit

Kit Part Number BI-1001-1
Installation Time approx. 10-15 hours

In the original configuration, hot exhaust gas is extracted from both exhaust stacks and is ducted down both sides of the intake lip, to heat the lip, and then exits out the bottom of the cowling just aft of the lip causing excessive exhaust sooting down the underbelly of each engine nacelle.

The Raisbeck Flow Through kit changes this. The hot gas is now extracted from the right side only. It is then ducted down the right side, passes all the way through the duct, then comes up the left side of the cowling and exits out the left exhaust stack. The result is no exhaust sooting down the underbelly of each engine nacelle, keeping your airplane cleaner!

BENEFITS
  • Improved clamping and piping
  • Eliminates exhaust sooting of nacelles
  • Cleaner airplane
  • Cleaning cost savings
  • Easy installation
  • FAA and EASA Certified

Oil Residue Collection System

Kit Part Number BI-1011-1
Installation Time approx. 5 hours

In the original configuration, all oil from the garlock seals on the back of the engine are drained directly overboard by way of a gang drain at the bottom of the cowling. Thus, oil is covering the bottom of the nacelle, landing gear and brakes.

The Raisbeck Oil Residue Collection System will install a tank at the present location of the gang drain by the oil cooler. The tank can then be drained in a timely manner to keep oil off the nacelle, landing gear and brakes.

BENEFITS
  • Eliminates oil on your nacelles, landing gear and brakes
  • Environmentally cleaner (no ground contamination)
  • Less cleaning
  • Easy maintenance
  • Cleaning and maintenance cost saving
  • Easy installation
  • FAA and EASA Certified

Air/Oil Separator System

Kit Part Number BI-6001-1
Installation Time approx. 7-10 hours

In the original configuration, vented air from the PT-6 Engine is directed out through piping in the wheel well and then dumped overboard aft of the nacelle, just forward of the flap.

The Raisbeck Air/Oil Separator mounts on the firewall and is plumbed into the engine vent line. It extracts the fine mist of oil from that line and deposits it in the residue tank.

NOTE: Requires installation the Oil Residue Collection System.

BENEFITS
  • Eliminates oil on your nacelles, landing gear and brakes
  • Environmentally cleaner (no ground contamination)
  • Less cleaning
  • Easy maintenance
  • Cleaning and maintenance cost saving
